These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messaging services provided by Hawthorn Consulting, LLC ("Hawthorn," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Hawthorn, you agree to these terms.
Text messages are sent by Hawthorn Consulting, LLC.
Hawthorn sends SMS and MMS messages for conversational customer care and account communication. These messages may include replies to customer inquiries, support follow-up, appointment or scheduling coordination, project updates, service notifications, account-related notices, and similar one-to-one business communications.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Hawthorn, the services you request, and the ongoing support or account activity associated with your business relationship with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sent or received messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited text or data plan.
You may opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Hawthorn by providing verbal consent to receive text messages from us.
By opting in, you agree to receive conversational customer-care messages, appointment or service updates, support follow-up, and account-related notices from Hawthorn. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. If you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resume receiving text messages, you must provide consent and opt in again by texting START.

These messaging terms supplement our general Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these SMS-specific terms and our general terms, these SMS terms control for text messaging services.
Carrier participation may vary. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and Hawthorn is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or factors outside our control.
